Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Everlight Solar knows how to find amazing people that support each other and the company's mission. There is an insane amount of community, which is huge with all staff. It's easy to find new tasks. The workload can be intense, but the tools Everlight gives you teach you how to handle things!

Our team is hard working, super creative, and reliable. It's nice to be able people have youe back!
What makes you most happy at work?
The work is awesome, conversations with leadership, and learning new skills. The team is the icing on the cake!

The leaders absolutely lead by example. Our leadership teams work their butts off and are always willing to help out and dive into something new!

We have a very diverse team, and thanks to that we have many different perspectives, which is a huge help for a department like marketing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has very similar morals that align with our company core values. It's easy to want to get better and learn when you're surrounded by like-minded people!
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to talk with leadership and get a "look behind the curtain." Every day is something new, and the ever-changing nature of working here is very exciting!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always pushing us to level up our skillset, professionally and personally. They care about us as individuals and want to see us succeed. There is a company-wide feeling of support and energy in what we are doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone looks out for each other and communicates really well. You can try something new knowing people will have your back and support you, even if you fail. It's fast-paced, I can't imagine learning the amount I have in such a short amount of time anywhere else.
