This has been the hardest but most rewarding job of my life. I've experienced more growth since being here than I ever have before, and that's all because of Everlight. I love my job. I love this company. And I can't wait to see what happens next!

Seeing everyone around me thriving is the most fulfilling part of my job.

I love getting to work alongside people who are driven. It inspires me. The positivity of my coworkers is infectious.

I'm happy when I see the fruition of my efforts. Watching the work I put in make a real difference is everything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a FUN place to work. It's fast paced, it's growing, it's hard, but it's filled with smiles and laughs and good times.

They invest in the individual. These leaders do what they say, and when they say they want you to succeed, they give you the tools and guidance to do so.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility of the remote positions is amazing! I feel so supported in my role in the company, but also in my role in my family. This company TRULY appreciates and prioritizes that balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being surrounded by driven people motivates me more than I've ever been before. I honestly want to spend more time with my coworkers than my own friends! They challenge me, cheer me on and help me when I need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership at Everlight is personally invested in my success! They are not just managers, but mentors too. They hear my goals, and help me set a course to reach those, providing me with the necessary tools along the way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about Everlight is that it's a meritocracy. My compensation is based on the work I put in. The successes that I have a hand in, are rewarded. I love that I know that my growth is up to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on growth is everything. Personal growth, professional growth... growth in the company and growth in my own life. I've learned more about myself while working here than I ever have before and I'm consistently encouraged by my peers and leaders to continue that journey.
