It's been a great experience. We have a great group of people who have really come together to figure things out. That's not to say there haven't been hiccups along the way but our team and culture has helped us along the way.

we operate very flat - which has created a very comfortable, familial culture where everyone is able to be themselves and comfortably voice their opinions

People first. Everyone recognizes there's more to life than work. That said, everyone works really hard. But the mindset creates a positive culture and environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
The coworkers and the team are truly some of the things that make me most happy. I came for the work but I stayed for the people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are down to earth, accessible, and always open to ideas. The CEO has 1:1s with many employees across the company on a regular basis. Our team really prioritizes staying close to employee feedback.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is smart, collaborative, and willing to roll up their sleeves. People also genuinely care about each other. We check in with each other when things happen, care about work/life balance, and show up for each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having autonomy over my work, being able to work and accomplish things the way I want to, but also having lots of support along the way. I also love being asked what I think - and being able to genuinely bring ideas to the table.
