We have unlimited PTO and they mean it. We get days off to volunteer, reimbursed for professional development and cell phone and internet expenses as well as an LSA (Lifestyle Spending Account) to help with expenses related to physical, emotional and mental well-being.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The package is competitive when hired but there is minimal progression at year 1, 2, 3, etc. Equity is non-competitive.
