We had a 4 week virtual Olympics this year where the company was split into 6 teams - it was a great way to get everyone's spirits up and have great team work and collaboration while having fun.

Everyone recognizes and encourages work / life balance.
While our employees are very smart and driven, they are also very kind and inclusive. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and willing to lend a hand when needed or asked. I have never worked with a nicer group of people.
The leadership team practices a high level of transparency about how the company is doing and our changes in strategy over time. This is greatly appreciated as we are all much more informed about what it will take to be successful. Additionally, the company values diversity and inclusion.
