How employees describe working at Eversource
ES has been going through growing pains. Expectations are very high and frequently unrealistic leading to high workplace stress and difficult employee retention. Pay and benefits are good. Coworkers are very good.
Remove the Public Benefit charge that we can’t claim on taxes or as a donation. It’s extortion. Also doesn’t directly benefit anyone they’re charging this
Professional environment filled with skilled workers perfoming comlplex tasks in challenging conditons.
Work/life balance does not exist. If you live to work, you can do very well here. But, if you want to enjoy your life away from work, I wouldn't come here. Management is not doing anything to address thinned out workforce AND the increase of violent storms.
It is excellent, I love going to work

Overly complicated.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Eversource?
Step one would be empowering the talent at the company. Decrease bureaucracy. Overhaul IT.
What do people at Eversource think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
