What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am still part of the legacy pension program. Plus, the health care benefits are top notch.
If you are good with investing, you can do very well for yourself in the 401k program.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone is stretched so thin that we are all drowning daily. Hard to help others when you can't even get your own work done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Safety first is absolutely true here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to bring in more traditions
What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring manager was forward and up front. The job was as advertised.
Back then, the company had a much more "family" environment.
