Anne R. Pramaggiore — President & CEO of Commonwealth Edison Company at Exelon Corporation

Ms. Anne R. Pramaggiore has been the Chief Executive Officer of Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd) since February 27, 2012 and has been its President since May 11, 2009. Ms. Pramaggiore served as the Chief Operating Officer of Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd) from May 2009 to February 23, 2012 and was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managed Customer Operations and External Affairs and administration of environmental stewardship activities designed to promote customer satisfaction. She served as a Partner at the law firm McDermott, Will & Emery LLP. Ms. Pramaggiore joined ComEd in 1998 as a Staff Attorney. She served as an Executive Vice President of Customer Operations Regulatory & External Affairs at Commonwealth Edison Company from September 3, 2007 to May 11, 2009. Ms. Pramaggiore served as an Senior Vice President of Regulatory & External Affairs at Commonwealth Edison Company from November 28, 2005 to 2007 and as its Vice President of Regulatory and Strategic Services from October 2002 to November 2005.
