Carim V. Khouzami — Chief Integration Officer at Exelon Corporation

Mr. Carim V. Khouzami has been Chief Integration Officer of Exelon Corporation since May 2014, overseeing its pending acquisition of Pepco Holdings Inc. Mr. Khouzami served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Baltimore Gas and Electric Company from January 2011 to May 12, 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President from 2013 to May 12, 2014. He oversaw the treasury, financial planning and analysis, operational finance and accounting organizations for the utility. Mr. Khouzami served as Vice President of Baltimore Gas and Electric Company. He joined Constellation Energy Group, Inc. in February 2005 and served as its Executive Director of Investor Relations from January 2009 to January 2011. In January 2010, he assumed the additional responsibility of leading Constellation's corporate financial planning and analysis activities. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Port Discovery. In February 2010, he was named #1 Investor Relations Professional in the Utilities Sector by Institutional Investor Magazine. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Communications Studies/BA from Vanderbilt University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Columbia University.
