Mr. Jonathan W. Thayer joined Exelon Corporation (???Exelon???) in January 2012 and serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has been a Director of Woodward, Inc. since May 10, 2016. Prior to joining Exelon, Mr. Thayer was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Constellation Energy (???Constellation???) in October 2008. He joined Constellation in 2003, at which time he served as Director and Investor Relations. In 2004, he was appointed Vice President and Managing Director, Corporate Strategy & Development. He was appointed Treasurer in August 2008 and held prior positions as Vice President and Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Development from 2004 to 2008, and Director of Investor Relations from 2003 to 2004. Prior to joining Constellation, he held financial positions at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and SBC Warburg Dillon Read Inc. He served as a Project Officer in Mukono, Uganda from 1994 to1995. He was the Chairman of Constellation's 2006 and 2007 United Way Campaign and is a former Board Member of The United Way of Central Maryland. He previously served as a Board Member of Family and Children's Services of Central Maryland and the Boy Scouts of America, Baltimore Area Council. He is currently a Trustee of the Gilman School, a Member of the Posse Foundation's Chicago Advisory Board, the Robert Toigo Foundation Board, and the Rush University Medical Center Board. He earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Middlebury College, cum laude, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard University. He has also earned the title of Eagle Scout.
