Joseph Dominguez — Executive Vice President of Governmental and Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy at Exelon Corporation

Mr. Joseph Dominguez, also known as Joe, has been Executive Vice President of Governmental, Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy of Exelon Corporation since 2015. Mr. Dominguez served as an Senior Vice President of Governmental and Regulatory Affairs & Public Policy at Exelon Corporation from 2012 to 2015. Mr. Dominguez served as Senior Vice President of State Governmental Affairs at Exelon Generation since March 2010. He served as Senior Vice President of Federal Regulatory Affairs, Public Policy and Communications at Exelon Corp. from March 2010 to 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of State Regulatory and Government Affairs and General Counsel of Exelon Generation Company from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Dominguez served as Senior Vice President of communications and public affairs at Exelon Corp. from 2009 to 2010 and also as General Counsel. He served as Senior Vice President of Exelon Business Services Company from 2007 to 2010 and Vice President & Associate General Counsel from 2004 to 2007. He joined Exelon in 2002 as an Associate General Counsel where he was responsible for all litigation matters in the Mid-Atlantic region. In 2004, he was named general counsel for PECO. Mr. Dominguez holds an undergraduate degree, with honors, in mechanical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology which he attended on scholarship. He is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law (High Honors), where he was named a Ralph Johnson Bunche Scholar and a Dean's Scholar.
