Mr. Kenneth B. Robinson, also known as Ken, has been Senior Vice President of Audit and Controls at Exelon Corporation in Chicago since August 2016, where Mr. Robinson is responsible for leading the Internal Audit and Financial Controls group across Exelon's family of Energy/Utility companies. He sets strategy and direction at Exelon Corporation. He is responsible for managing the execution of Exelon's audit and controls strategies and activities and overseeing its transformation into a Consultative Advisory Organization that serves a key role in developing Exelon's future Finance and Business Leaders. He served as the Chief Audit Executive and Global Risk and Compliance Leader with the Procter & Gamble (P&G) Company from 2002 to 2015, where he led P&G's global internal audit function and developed and implemented its enterprise risk and compliance framework. He joined P&G in 1977 and served in a variety of global financial and accounting, enterprise risk, ethics and compliance leadership roles during his career. He serves as a Member of Advisory Council at Legacy Acquisition Corp. He has been a Trustee of Financial Accounting Foundation Inc. since January 2016. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Mississippi State University and obtained his MBA in Finance from the University of Memphis in 1981.
