M. Bridget Reidy — Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations at Exelon Corporation

Ms. M. Bridget Reidy serves as the Chief Supply Officer and Senior Vice President of Exelon Corporation. Ms. Reidy is responsible for the Exelon supply organization, which comprises supply operations and sourcing for BGE, ComEd, PECO, Constellation, Exelon Generation and Exelon Business Services Company (BSC). Ms. Reidy served as Senior Vice President of customer operations for Exelon Energy Delivery, where she was responsible for all customer operations, including customer care, meter reading, meter services, billing and revenue collection for ComEd and PECO. She also served as Senior Vice President of Exelon BSC and Chief Supply Officer at Exelon, where she was responsible for optimizing supply chain by improving processes and leveraging Exelon purchasing power. In a prior role as deputy general counsel of client services for Exelon BSC legal services, she focused on management of the corporate law department, process improvement and integration of legal services. She also served as interim president of Exelon BSC and senior vice president of Exelon BSC services and operations, launching the realignment of Exelon's information technology and supply organizations. Ms. Reidy is a founding executive member of the Electric Utility Industry Sustainable Supply Chain Alliance, which was formed to improve sustainability in electric utility industry supply chains. The Alliance develops voluntary standards for evaluating the environmental attributes of materials and services provided to the electric utility industry; the environmental performance of industry suppliers; and the environmental performance of electric utilities' supply chain operations. Ms. Reidy serves as a member of the Chicago Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, to which she was appointed by Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley. She also serves on the board of trustees of the Chicago History Museum. Ms. Reidy holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Illinois and a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law.
