After 31 years this company keeps getting worse. COVID response was excessive. There is no accountability for management, who continue to make more work for craft.

Accountability for management and the decisions they make. Too many management people for the number of workers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership accountability. Management holds the craft people to a higher standard than they hold each other. Management lies without any consequence.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Learn to be more efficient, but due to management incompetence they don't have to be efficient. Game playing is allowed by management due to favoritism.
