Jason Grubb was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Exeter Finance in February 2016. Jason brings 25 years of leadership to his position at Exeter. His most recent experience includes 11 years at Santander Consumer USA, where he served in leadership roles including President and COO of Originations, in addition to SVP of Servicing. Jason also served as a Vice President for WFS Financial from 1998 to 2004, where he managed servicing operations. He also held key leadership positions in the U.K and the U.S. for the servicing operations Commercial Financial Services. Additionally, he led teams in the floorplan, audit, underwriting and servicing areas at Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.

Jason received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Oklahoma State University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Our Lady of the Lake University. He also holds graduate certificates in finance and telecommunications from Southern Methodist University.
