Leadership team is focused on 3 things, hiring the right employees, work-life balance, and revenue growth. In that order!
collaboration, friendliness, professional and honest.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything! What company doesn’t have an HR phone number
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Exeter pays above market for most of its corporate employees. There is a 401k match that is fully vested year 1, and plenty of PTO
Tuition reimbursement, 401k, adoption assistance
401k plan and immediate start to health/dental
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More hourly since the bonus is hard to control
We are over worked and under paid
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our commitment to the company and ability to feel and share ideas
Good, qualified, peopled who contribute to the team. Nobody just "working a job..."
Helpful, team-oriented, goal-driven and all-around nice folks.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way the team mates stick together
People focused, with a new diversity program implemented that allows various cultural groups to have an impact. Great technology (laptops, phones, etc). You get a feeling that your manager really cares about you as a person and in your progression.
Family atmosphere...if youre here, youre family.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Increased communication and visibility across depts.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The honest facts and smooth transitions.
For me, it was one and done. Had an offer within 24hrs. I was able to meet with all the decision makers in 2 "back to back" interviews so it was one trip to the office and then an offer.

During these covid times, things are a little different but whether I'm in the office or at home I enjoy the collaboration and the satisfying sense of accomplishment
