Mr. Germain Lamonde is the Founded EXFO Inc and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President from 1985 to April 4, 2017. Mr. Lamonde serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Electro-Optical Engineering Inc. He serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of EXFO Photonic Solutions Inc., and EXFO Burleigh Products Group Inc. Mr. Lamonde founded NetHawk Oyj in 1991 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President. He serves as the Chairman,President and Chief Executive Officer of Electro-Optical Engineering Inc. Mr. Lamonde is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction. He serves as Chairman at Lumen Dynamics Group Inc. He has been an Executive Chairman at EXFO Inc since 2000 and has been its Executive Director since September 1985. Mr. Lamonde serves as a Director of Canadian Institute for Photonic Innovations, the Pole QCA Economic Development Corporation and the National Optics Institute of Canada. He serves as a Governor and Founding Member of International Institute of Telecommunications. Mr. Lamonde holds a Master's Degree in Optics from Laval University, a Bachelors Degree in Physics Engineering from the University of Montreal's School of Engineering (???colePolytechnique), and is also a Graduate of the Ivey Executive Program offered by the University of Western Ontario.
