Mr. Willem Jan te Niet, also known as Wim, has been Vice-President of Sales for EMEA at EXFO Inc since August 19, 2016. Mr. te Niet is responsible for providing EXFO's customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa with the tailored solutions they need to reach their objectives for end-to-end service assurance and quality of experience (QoE). Prior to joining EXFO, He was on the senior management teams for global leaders such as Citrix Systems, Equinix, Ericsson-LG and Nortel. He has considerable expertise in the areas of cloud, networking and big data mobile analytics. He has more than 20 years of experience in managing sales teams and executing successful business development strategies with wireline and mobile operators. He served as Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing Access Networks at Ericsson-LG Co. Ltd. (formerly, LG-Nortel Co. Ltd) and served as its Vice President of Ethernet Fiber Access. He holds a master of science degree in business administration from the University of Groningen.
