The Leadership team listens to all employees, support from management and team leaders.
Immediate supervisor/manager is great. He understands our perspective and is always available to help and coach when needed.
Passionate, hard-working and delivery in realistic time

Teams work well together and support each other.

Communication is sorely lacking in this team.
We need to stop arguing with each other and work towards a common ground.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works together to assist each other when needed, great support from leadership for a good working environment.
Flexible hours. Ability to sometimes work from home.
Not too busy. But we maintain status quo.

They took their time to get to know me.
It was less formal and relaxed.
Very one-to-one with the CEO and VP of the company.
