Expeditors Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It can grow further the more successful I am.

its great payment amount and we have fair return on it.

Our health insurance. But now a days their are some many companies offering the same

The commision is uncapped, and benefits are helpful

Probably healthcare package. 401k contrbution is terrible.

I Love all the benefits

Stocks every year is nice, 401k matching is nice, Bonuses are motivating

Benefits are great and the stock program is excellent.

Employee stock purchase program is nice however EXPD stock is not a great growth stock.

Meal tickets for every working day

Stock Purchase Plan allows for quick equity gains.

Commissions month by month and base pay

variable part on a monthly basis

I am being paid enough for my role to be comfortable and not need or want to look at alternitive companies, i am very satisfied with my package

Review from Business Development Dept

Bonuses and ability to own stock.

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits package is solid but due to rising costs has been pushed to a shared cost model.

Paid by performance and value

ESPP, health benefits, and EAP.

Review from Business Development Dept

health insurance, bonus plan and dental

Nearly free Healthcare. The Transit card is a great benefit too! During non-pandemic times, 80% of the employees commute via mass transit.

Review from IT Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

just fair salary that is comparable to the rest of the market

Lower salaries compared to the market

They are based on the average of the market, and while other companies are improving their package to be more attractive, they are standing their ground.

Employees and customers benefits and future

Having constructove counseling on training and a road map to promotion would be great.

More stock options like in the past

there are no stocks or equity benefits, no commute benefits, salary is just base salary which is extremely less.

Review from IT Dept

To be able to work remotely, not have such a rigid dress code, more matching on 401K, ability to take leave without pay or sabaticals, or merge vacation/sick days.

Review from IT Dept

When your boss doesn't know exactly what you do, how would they pay you fairly. It has been years since I had a pay review and I have been on the same amount of bonus for years now and they keep delegating more responsibilities.
