They are hands off, let you accomplish your mission.

The questions along with knowing the mission statement of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having constructove counseling on training and a road map to promotion would be great.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of communications and a high turn over rate leads to a bad work environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communications as to if the contract jobs are going away and are the State jobs coming along with when will this change happen.
