Even though we are one company and must follow same rules it seems each department has their different rules. I feel that no every one is treated equally. Some departments dont follow Expeditors culture as they did few years back.

Nothing anymore just have to work as life is expensive

The only positive about the company is that they do have a lot of online classes, training
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that our managers and supervisor have been too long in the same position that they now lack what a true leadership should be. They need to experience different departments as I feel they are to comfortable in their long positions
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
In my department I feel that our supervisor have divided us in different groups. It seems that instead of being Expeditors as whole it seems it's team A and team B always competing with each other when it should be one department and not so and so team.
