In my department I feel that our supervisor have divided us in different groups. It seems that instead of being Expeditors as whole it seems it's team A and team B always competing with each other when it should be one department and not so and so team.

Communications as to if the contract jobs are going away and are the State jobs coming along with when will this change happen.
Keep the culture. It has been years now that we feel we as employees became a number. Previous management used to ask us about the family, they use to care about the person I am not the figure I do.
Management needs to keep up with the current area, the disruptions in the industry, and pay attention to the talent and retaining people.
