What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their openness to new ideas no matter where they come from
Transparency... it runs through everything Expel does, from sales and marketing, to engineering and service delivery, to employee relations and management expectations.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great healthcare and pay package
Paid health insurance/no copays and fully paid deductibles to ensure we have access to the care we need
Individual compensation is thoughtfully aligned with company goals. The company publishes (and discusses) the philosophy and reasons behind comp structure and decisions. There are no shenanigans, and nowhere for potential shenanigans to hide.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
celebrating via slack with emojis and gifs, and being at a company that welcomes jokes and encourages us to say what we feel, and "keep it real", this allows us to foster community even when working remotely
