They are very communicative and transparent.
Communication / Showing us who they are. No one has introduced themselves to us. That's not a leader in my opinion.
The benefits themselves are reasonable, and the enrollment system used does a great job of breaking down the deductions and guiding you through the complicated options.
Underpaid for my position based on average and time in position. No opportunities for advancement. No bonuses or PTO. Literally everything can be better.
It's a very selfless, collaborative work environment.
My current coworker is the only bright spot as they've been through what I'm going through as well.
There does seem to be a strong emphasis on putting people in a position to succeed. It's recognized that employees are more productive if they, and not the product, are treated as the company's most valuable asset.
Again, everything. That's vague but it's not my job to figure out what Experis needs to do better. They need to reach out to the people that work for them and figure it out.
I liked that the team was flexible about incorporating phone interviews into the process so I didn't have to miss too much time at my previous employer and arouse suspicion that I was looking elsewhere.
