Vacation time and bonus structure

Benefits are cheap. 401k is great.

I receive full benefits from my employer, with full medical from a reputable provider, with easy to reach agents, tele-health options, and competitive dental and vision packages. I don't pay a dime for medical insurance, which is almost unheard of in corporate America.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The hourly rate they offer is pretty low for the work we have to do. They need to offer more.

Benefits are dependent on the office you work for. My office is not large enough to offer an extensive benefits package.

Only benefits are employee paid. The company does not believe enough in their employees to invest in them

We are contractors and do not get any stock or benefits.

I think workers should be paid more, and protected from short days due to a miss calculation on the employers part.
