What would you improve about your company's interview process?It took too long and they didnt have anything for me. They need to be transparent if they dont have the job you are looking for. Wasting gas, time going to the office. They should let everyone know what they have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The hourly rate they offer is pretty low for the work we have to do. They need to offer more.
