Benefits are cheap. 401k is great.
I receive full benefits from my employer, with full medical from a reputable provider, with easy to reach agents, tele-health options, and competitive dental and vision packages. I don't pay a dime for medical insurance, which is almost unheard of in corporate America.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hourly rate they offer is pretty low for the work we have to do. They need to offer more.
Benefits are dependent on the office you work for. My office is not large enough to offer an extensive benefits package.

Only benefits are employee paid. The company does not believe enough in their employees to invest in them
We are contractors and do not get any stock or benefits.
I think workers should be paid more, and protected from short days due to a miss calculation on the employers part.

Meetings are quick for the most part. Not a lot of wasted time.
My team is led with great management, but best of all, we get along in and out of work, and have constructive team meetings regularly. We share ideas and successes. I thoroughly enjoy my coworkers and am grateful for a healthy workplace culture.

I happen to work with a diverse group of people, and I love that we can discuss all topics in a healthy way, communicate effectively, and allow our differences to shine, rather than isolate us.

Ask yourself how many African American employees Express Professional Services Headquarters employs. It's axiomatic
It took too long and they didnt have anything for me. They need to be transparent if they dont have the job you are looking for. Wasting gas, time going to the office. They should let everyone know what they have.
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing really makes me happy there
