What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is both positive and negative but I as an individual am a positive person. I suppose the most positive thing I can say is that I am left relatively alone to deal with the clients I see with my own personality and sales methods.
The employees are empowered to truly assist the customer
The companies' focus on the customer and empowerment of its employees
