Email preferences
You can change your email notification preferences by logging into your FabFitFun account and selecting 'Manage Email Preferences'. You have the choice to subscribe to all emails, all emails about the season (~5) or emails only about your account.
To make sure you are getting a heads up about the seasons most important dates make sure that what you would like to be subscribed to says "YES" and click "UPDATE" even if it already says "YES". [email protected]
Lastly, it is always a great idea to check your email account to verify that the emails are not going to your spam folder and addto your safe sender list.

View ArticleFabFitFun is a membership, which means you will be automatically charged every season or year depending on your membership plan.
If we cannot successfully charge your card, your order will be placed on hold. You will receive an email notification from us to update your billing information as soon as possible. We will attempt to recharge the card again at a later date.
If we are unable to charge you for the membership on the billing day but manage to do it at a later date, your order will be shipped out with a delay. Please note, we cannot guarantee that your chosen items will remain in stock.

View ArticleStarting with the Winter 2019 season, our billing and fulfillment schedule will be organized to maximize shipping efficiency and help prevent overlap between the various groups. Well have Select Access and All Access windows for Add-Ons and Customization.
*Select Members who ship in Bill Date 1 will not be able to Customize during All Access Customization as Select orders will have already begun to process at this point.
Select Access (Add-ons: Nov. 1-Nov. 5, Customize: Nov. 2-Nov. 5)
Select Members will have access to a Select-only Add-Ons & Customize window. Once the Add-Ons and Customize window close, they will then be billed and shipped.
Bill Date 1 includes (Nov. 7):
Select Members
Military addresses (APO/DPO/FPO) will automatically receive Select status and be in the first billing group
New Select Members who became Select before Select Access close (i.e. upgraded to Annual, reactivated as Annual, or signed up as Annual)
Note: Select Members who do not participate in Add-Ons and Customization will still be billed and shipped in the Select Access window.
All Access (Add-ons: Nov. 14-Nov. 18, Customize: Nov. 15-Nov. 18)
Non-Select Members and members who became Select after Select Access window close will have access to All Access for Add-Ons & Customize. Select Members who had access to Select Access can continue shopping the Add-On sale during All Access with a shipping fee (see below). Once the Add-Ons and Customize window close, they will be billed and shipped.
Bill Date 2 includes (Nov. 20):
Non-Select Members who purchase Add-Ons or add additional items to their Box during customization
Non-Select Members who live in CA/UK/AK/HI/PR
New Non-Select Members who signed up for the current season before All Access close regardless of Add-Ons or Customize participation
New Select Members who became Select between Select Access close and All Access close (i.e. upgraded to Annual, reactivated as Annual, or signed up as Annual)
Select members who had access to the Select Access window will be able to continue shopping Add-Ons during the All Access window, but will be unable to purchase more than the max of the same item and will be subject to additional shipping fees as set forth below:
US Orders: Shipping for orders over $25 is free! Orders under $25 incur a $5.95 shipping fee.
Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Orders: Shipping is $8* for orders over $25. Orders under $25 incur a $13.95* shipping fee.
UK Orders: Shipping is $5* per order. Orders under $25 incur a $10.95* shipping fee.

Tracking Information
As soon as your box leaves our California warehouse, you will be emailed a link with your tracking number so can keep an eye out for your box!
Estimated Transit Schedule
US Boxes: 7-10 business days or 1-2 weeks after leaving our California warehouse.
AK, HI, PR, UK & Canadian Boxes*: 9-14 business days or 2-3 weeks after leaving our California warehouse.
APO/FPO Boxes: May take up to 45 days for your order to arrive depending on your location. While we will issue tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, tracking may not show any updates until it reaches its final destination.
*Customs clearance, International postal delays, and other factors can sometimes cause shipping delays for Canadian orders. If you have not received your order 14 business days after receiving tracking details, please contact customer care for assistance.

View ArticleIf you have any questions about delivery onceyou'vereceived your tracking information, contact the carrier directly. This is the most efficient way to solve any issues that may come up once your order has shipped. Below are some frequently asked questions related to tracking and delivery.
I havent received my order but its marked as delivered.
Occasionally, an order will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If this happened to youdon'tworry! Often times it will be delivered within five (5) business days. Please contact your local post office for details about your delivery.
Ive waited 5 business days and have not received my order.
In the case that your order has not arrived after 5 business days please contact Customer Care for assistance.
My order has not moved and is in the same location.
Orders can occasionally remain without an update on tracking for up to 5 business days. This is part of the normal shipping process. Please contact the carrier if there is no movement with the order for longer than that.
My order was returned to sender.
If your order was returned to sender please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible for assistance.
View ArticleIf you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the current seasons billing date. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following Seasonal Box.
To unsubscribe from your Seasonal Membership, log in to your FabFitFun dashboard and cancel using the " My Subscription and Orders " page. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.

Annual subscription cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual subscriptions prepay for 4 boxes and are nonrefundable. You will have access to all the amazing membership perks until the end of your annual term even if you cancel before you receive all your boxes.

UK Customers Only
You have the right to cancel a Seasonal or Annual subscription and obtain a refund of your subscription by notifying us of your intention to do so within 14 days of your receipt of your first box. You can exercise these rights to cancel your subscription and obtain a refund by contacting our Customer Care Team at [email protected] or 1.855.313.6267. Alternatively, you may fill out a cancellation form available here, and send it to our Customer Care Team at [email protected].
You must return your box in accordance with the instructions set out below no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your wish to cancel your subscription. You are responsible for returning the box to us and, unless the box is faulty, you will be required to pay for the cost of returning the box to us. You must return the box as follows: post the box at your expense to the following address: FabFitFun, Inc. ATTN: Customer Service Department, 14101 Pipeline Ave Chino, CA 91710 USA. You can find additional details in FabFitFuns Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy .
We will examine the box upon receipt and, provided that the box does not show signs of unreasonable use, we will provide a full refund. If the box does show signs of unreasonable use, we will notify you that a reduced amount will be available. We will refund your payment, by the original payment method, as soon as possible and no later than: (1) 14 days after we receive the box from you; or (2) (if earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the box to us. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the box and later discover that you have handled it in an unacceptable way, you will be liable to pay to us an appropriate amount.

Customize is the option to choose one or more items in your box!
Once customization opens for the season, you can make your selections by logging into your FabFitFun account and clicking the " Customize " tab on your dashboard!New members will have access to customizing their box upon sign-up.
Note: If you sign up as a new member who is not receiving an Editors Box, you will be able to make your customizations when the window opens for all members.
Who gets Customize?

What if I am a Select Member?
Select Members can choose even more products in their box and also get early access to Customization! Once you purchase an Annual Subscription, you'll be a select member and immediately have access to all the amazing perks !
Can I choose more than one item?
Each season, while supplies last, we offer the option to purchase more than one item at an additional cost! Once you pick your first item, you can add other items by clicking the "ADD" button, and you will be charged the corresponding amount on billing day.Click here to see our current seasonal billing and shipping schedule.
When does Customize open and close?
Customize is open for a window of time (usually 1-week) at the beginning of each season, before seasonal boxes begin shipping out**. All customizations are subject to availability, while supplies last.
Customize will close about a day before the first billing day.

Our Refer-a-Friend program is available to ALL members, whereas our Starter Box program is only available to existing members that have been granted invites to send.
With Refer-a-Friend, an existing member can send their unique referral link to automatically give their friend a $10 off promo code at checkout. The existing member who sent the link will receive $15 in purchase credit with each successful referral!
Friends referred by the Refer-a-Friend program will be signing up for our Seasonal subscription to receive boxes that includes 7-10 full-sized items.
With Starter Boxes, an existing member may be granted special invites that can be sent to a certain number of their friends (by inputting their name and email address when prompted). Yes! You'll have the opportunity to purchase Add-Ons to ship out with your first box! Once you've filled out your shipping address, you will have one hour to shop for New Member Add-Ons (completely optional). If time runs out, you'll be able to purchase Add-Ons beginning with the next season's box (see our events calendar for key dates).

Because we are a subscription service, you must sign up for a membership and agree to our Membership Terms and Terms of Use and Sal e in order to receive a box. However, you can discontinue your membership before you are billed for your second box.
Seasonal Memberships auto-renew each season and Annual Memberships auto-renew after you've received all four (4) boxes associated with your membership. We always email our members in advance to let them know when their next bill date will be!

Your order will generally ship within 30 days of the season's billing day (upon successful billing).
Each season, we offer hundreds of variations of our boxes, and we work diligently to put all the finishing touches on your order before it is shipped out. Your FabFitFun box is personally customized and meticulously assembled by our warehouse team (check out the video below to learn more!).Additionally, once the designated windows have closed, any changes to your Customizations or Add-Ons may delay the processing of your order.
Edit Sale and Shop orders
Your order will generally ship within 2 weeks of successful billing
Tracking Information
As soon as your box leaves our California warehouse, you will be emailed a link with your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.
Estimated Transit Schedule
US Boxes: 7-10 business days or 1-2 weeks after leaving our California warehouse.
AK, HI, PR, UK & Canadian Boxes*: 9-14 business days or 2-3 weeks after leaving our California warehouse.
APO/FPO Boxes: May take up to 45 days for your order to arrive depending on your location. While we will issue tracking details as soon as your order is shipped, tracking may not show any updates until it reaches its final destination.
*Customs clearance, International postal delays, and other factors can sometimes cause shipping delays for Canadian orders. If you have not received your order 14 business days after receiving tracking details, please contact customer care for assistance.
View ArticleIf you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following Seasonal Box.
To unsubscribe from your Seasonal subscription, log in to your FabFitFun dashboard and cancel using the " My Subscription and Orders " page. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.
Annual subscription cancellations will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual subscriptions prepay for four (4) boxes and are nonrefundable.

UK Customers Only
You have the right to cancel a Seasonal or Annual subscription and obtain a refund of your subscriptionby notifying us of your intention to do so within 14 days of receipt by you of your first box. You can exercise these rights to cancel your subscription and obtain a refund by contacting ourCustomer Care Team at [email protected] or 1.855.313.6267. Alternatively, you may fill out acancellation form available here, and send it to our Customer Care Team at [email protected].
You must return your box in accordance with the instructions set out below no later than 14 days afteryou have notified us of your wish to cancel your subscription. You are responsible for returning the box to us and, unless the box is faulty, you will be required to pay for the cost of returning the box to us. You must return the box as follows: post the box at your expense to the following address: FabFitFun, Inc. ATTN: Customer Service Department, 14101 Pipeline Ave Chino, CA 91710 USA. We will examine the box upon receipt and, provided that the box does not show signs of unreasonableuse, we will provide a full refund. If the box does show signs of unreasonable use, we will notify youthat a reduced amount will be available. We will refund your payment, by the original payment method, as soon as possible and no later than: (1) 14 days after we receive the box from you; or (2) (if earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the box to us. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the box and later discover that you have handled it in an unacceptable way, you will be liable to pay to us an appropriate amount.

Another email containing tracking information will be sent once your order ships out. Items that are shipped separately will not be charged for additional shipping.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Once you have completed your Style Profile Quiz, you will be redirected to our Style Scheduler, where you will be able to select the week you would like your box to ship.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We charge a $20 Styling Fee before every FabFitFun Style Box ships. This fee will be credited towards any items you decide to keep from your box. Keep all of the items your stylist hand-selected for youll and receive 25% off the entire box!
When you fill out your Style Quiz you let us know the price range you are comfortable paying for your Style Box and your stylist will do their best to send 5 items within the range you selected.
What is the $20 Style Fee for?
Youll be charged a nonrefundable $20 Styling Fee to reserve your spot and book a stylist. The $20 Styling Fee will be applied toward any item/s you choose to purchase. Simply fill out your Check Out Survey to indicate which items you love and you will only be charged for what you keep. Keep everything and get 25% off your entire box!
When will I be charged?
The $20 Styling Fee will be charged the week before your stylist starts building your looks. Youll be charged for the items you love and decide to keep after completing your Checkout Survey. The $20 Styling Fee will be applied toward your purchase at that time.
