HR, its really starting to choke things

Learn from their people, know their strengths and weaknesses, a leader should motivate their people when they are weak, give a tap at the back every time they did well, hear them out because its the people/employee who will bring a leader to the top.

Basic pay is not enough to compensate for the health of every employee. No health card for newbies, no doctor

Team Reviews

Better attitude towards customer service, frequent team short meetings. Team meetings should always have an agenda and followed. Team members should be open to learning and constructive criticism from team members that are more experienced and skilled. Team membership should be empowered

No favoritism or discrimination !

Remove silos within departments and across company. Identify the strengths of each employee and trust them. Management needs to be more transparent with their team, be better mentors by guiding them in areas less experienced in. Empower team and letting them make mistakes so they can learn from them

the company is excellent, the environment is cool for those teams leads who handled/treated their people well.

I just got told to sign paper work

Recruiter was difficult to get a hold of and not knowledgeable about the role, department or team. Interviewers were not experienced interviewing candidates. Questions asked were very entry level missing what was important pertaining to team fit and lacked details on daily responsibilities.
