So far everything has been mostly great. People are really a pleasure to work with and everyone seems to care about how well the company is doing.

A group of very smart, helpful people willing to put their own work on pause to help others.

While not perfect, I think the team is willing to listen to feedback and take action accordingly which is very important.

The variety of the backgrounds of the people who interviewed me and the different types of questions from hands on to high level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
On top of the usual stuff I really like that there are regular company and team events monthly encouraging people to hang out together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are generally very positive, they engage with company-wide events, carry the positive attitude when interacting with one another, aren't afraid of giving and receiving constructive criticism.
