- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel as though this bank shows favoritism. They are a great bank to work for but when it comes to internal jobs; they try to make it fair but in reality they already chose who they felt could have it.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?DRAMA! i feel if you get paid to come to work you should do that, but to be in drama and being two faced isn't tolerable for myself.
