What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I can't think of any positives.
What are some of the best things about your team?We work together well. Would be nice if management recognized that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They care about us as a person not just an employee
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Stop making salaried employees work more than 40 hours a week. Stop using bonuses and incentive pay to keep employees and learn how to manage instead.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Management and leadership. But, without any direct experience in healthcare, they can't get better.
