My direct manager is a lifer and he didn't do very good at listening to us when it came to scheduling. He is the reason for a lot of turnover. He's a nice guy, but only an OK boss. Tries to be friends rather than a boss. Upper management was very good in my opinion.
They treat all employees like cattle and feel that anyone can be replaced with an employee with the same or better skills for less than what the current employees are making.
