Lead by a highly organized leader, everyone is willing to pitch in and help, we're a diverse and international team, we push to get better every day, there is opportunity for all team members to have a voice.
What makes you most happy at work?
Taking a process and making it more efficient to save time, meaning my team has more time to work on getting even more accomplished and having the freedom to take on efficiency projects when I see an opportunity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
FANDOM is an awesome place to work. There is opportunity for everyone and leadership really cares about the employees. Benefits are great and so is the work/life balance. I love working at FANDOM. I work in the Finance and Accounting Department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our Company's main mission is to make people happy and help them celebrate their passions. Everyone works hard to do that and is positive about it. Working for a company that prides itself on bringing joy to their consumers is great. Also- very accepting and committed to celebrating diversity.
