We have access to One Medical which there is seamless access to comprehensive care at offices near where they work, live, and shop in twelve major U.S. markets, as well as 24/7 access to virtual care.
Equity, 401(k), Commuter, and other benefits that help us plan for the future.
They pay well over market price for my position and I used to work in Compensation at a different company so I'm confident in this fact.
Transparency around on compensation strategy and goal versus the market
I was paid well, but they refused to even consider a cost of living increase over the years as my pay remained stagnant and they failed to keep their promise to make me staff.

They were thorough. They don't take chances on employees, they're truly looking for someone who is the best fit.
They interviewed me twice after I was hired without an interview, once for a new position and once for a promotion. Neither time was I ever given a follow up. I watched a coworker get the promotion instead of being told anything directly.
