I'm a long time contractor. I interviewed to be full-time years ago, was told I was being hired as staff, then forced into a "renewal" of an expired contract. They said they loved my work, but refused to give me a raise or even review. They offered little to zero support. Eventually they let me go.

Dream Job, but lots of meetings to communicate essentially the same thing, sometimes even to the same people as in previous meetings.

I have join to POZ team, people are very friendly and help in onboarding process. I was expected more product not project oriented company, and more Agile way of thinking but seems this is our direction to change ;)

They repeatedly passed the buck, fell back on promises, used double talk, and treated my team like lesser employees.

I was paid well, but they refused to even consider a cost of living increase over the years as my pay remained stagnant and they failed to keep their promise to make me staff.

They interviewed me twice after I was hired without an interview, once for a new position and once for a promotion. Neither time was I ever given a follow up. I watched a coworker get the promotion instead of being told anything directly.
