They are incredibly caring and focused on our safety (both health and career) during this pandemic/economic uncertainty
They are invested in every employee and are genuine people.

FANDOM is an awesome place to work. There is opportunity for everyone and leadership really cares about the employees. Benefits are great and so is the work/life balance. I love working at FANDOM. I work in the Finance and Accounting Department.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The overall benefits particularly the newest ones that were enacted post pandemic
We have access to One Medical which there is seamless access to comprehensive care at offices near where they work, live, and shop in twelve major U.S. markets, as well as 24/7 access to virtual care.
Equity, 401(k), Commuter, and other benefits that help us plan for the future.
They pay well over market price for my position and I used to work in Compensation at a different company so I'm confident in this fact.
