What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are trying their best
My leadership team are the ones that trained me from the very frist day , i learned so much from . I will always carry them with / heart no matter what , there are awesome!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with colleagues, promotion from within, reward superior performance, hold poor performers accountable.
They are not prepared to be leaders of people

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay has been frozen for several years and no increases for added responsibility. Only available solution is change in senior leadership.
Goals are not defined, so that benefits and bonuses are not dependable
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fast efficient and on time
Colleagues make the best of a bad situation by being flexible to schedules that are constantly in flux.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Come to work instead of flirting around
There is lack of discipline and organization

a change of senior leadership.
Needs to make use of managers, learn how to manage people and clients and how to be fast
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed when the site was owned by a different company. Today, if you have a pulse, you will be hired.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It is all in the managers, who are unable to conduct interviews

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Site places financial results over commitment to customers. Lack of training for key employees and scapegoating/delegating of blame by senior leaders
Many describe this company as made of 'pirates'
