What makes you most happy at work? The people and industry we serve.
What makes you most happy at work?I am able to do what I love to do and am respected for my knowledge and contributions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We are inclusive and are constantly finding ways to keep our culture fun and engaging.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Hold people accountable. Tons of people are getting by doing a terrible job. Leadership needs to stop being afraid of criticizing their employees. Some people straight up need to be fired. But it won't happen because everything here is politicized
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? There's an exaggerated level of formality here. Many fake personalities. If someone doesn't look like they belong on The Brady Bunch, they have no leadership opportunity here. Many of the leaders are terrible people behind the scenes. Incompetence is rewarded if it benefits your supervisor
