Base comp okay.. Have a track record of not paying out on variable comp. Stock options are a joke, since you have to purchase the options after waiting 4 years to get fully vested
Company is unwilling to compensate anyone that does not have an Ivy League degree. Experience is as valuable as an education.
redundant meetings, full of google hangouts and spreadsheets. Give people some time to get work done instead of talking about the same thing over and over
