authentic and accessible leadership team
New to the company so still learning everyone.
Driven to find success for the company
Always willing to help when I need it
Leadership team is full of liars'. Do not believe anything they tell you as they are likely to do the exact opposite. Listen to the customer and not your wallets, do what is right and all else will prevail.
financial wellness is prioritized in benefit offering
I like being able to buy stock with the company.
If you put the work in then you get paid fairly for it
The starting pay is low for the industry
Better transparency about career trajectory
Base comp okay.. Have a track record of not paying out on variable comp. Stock options are a joke, since you have to purchase the options after waiting 4 years to get fully vested
Company is unwilling to compensate anyone that does not have an Ivy League degree. Experience is as valuable as an education.
Everyone here is very friendly and always willing to help.
high talent bar and supportive
Everyone works well together and gets the job done.
Hard working and trustworthy people
Great people that have a lot of different experiences to share with the team
redundant meetings, full of google hangouts and spreadsheets. Give people some time to get work done instead of talking about the same thing over and over
equal access to tools and resources
We are Farmers first and strive for honesty and fairness!
Mission focus is consistent across the company
Our ability to put out great products at a steady pace
Complete restructure and address poor leadership .
stop taking advantage of employees time
Perks other than the literal free lunch. Morale is sometimes compromised at the expense and expectation that you are willing to work 12+ hour days.
very efficient process and well run
I was kept informed and up to date on everything that was happening.
Meeting lots of people in a particular department. Decision through consensus
Meeting the leadership team and talking about how the company will grow
Unsure how to answer this question
Being able to help the Farmers succeed.
Working outside talking to and helping farmers with their decision making
Lack of transparency and clarity on company direction and trajectory.
too many people on leadership team that don't get it.
Lots of downward pressure by competition that is dismissed. Listen to those closest to the customers instead of relying too much on data and people who are not equipped to fully analyze the results.
