Need to treat people with respect and avoid gossip. There is a lot if oeople in higher positions without education or certificates
leadership and education would help. decentralise and move away from overwhelming 1970 still management style.

bigger percentage of the sale
More pay, better benefits. Including health insurance

They are very polite and easy to get along with

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
always happiness and positivity on the floor
The attitude is pretty much always positive
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fire all the entire APAC management team and start again, to much corruption.
What did you like most about the interview process?
you don't really get in to sales positions unless you know someone already working inside
It was very laid back and simple

You need to include departments so that we can highlight which department is the biggest hurdle.
What makes you most happy at work?
my paycheck and monthly bonus

poor and distrustful management with hidden agendas to direct sales staff, constant lies and disinformation prevalent. unresponsive to complaints.
