What are some of the best things about your team?The whole team were passionate about the industry and had great progressive ideas. All my coworkers where very friendly and fun to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?There is no culture! They serve lunch 2x a week which is the only bonus. Other than that ive seen the ceo ask people to leave meetings becuase they dont serve a purpose. Horrible for motivation
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Interview was fine. Wish i had a job description because they didnt provide one.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?This company wont last another 5 years. Impossible with the way things are ran now.
