Open to ideas from anyone in the org. They look for change anywhere they can find it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking accountability and not passing the buck and pointing at everyone else for their failures., working together on a single strategy, finding a way to keep Ops teams from falling apart. Rarely is data used to make decisions. It's all gut feel. Learn the business and how to measure it with data.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There have been several incidents where the org lied to its employees which lead to many long-time employees leaving.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Creative and kind colleagues all around
Nice, smart, humble, cooperative, respectful
They are supportive and will not let each other fail.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People just interact within their social circle of choice and are not welcoming to new employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good benefits, HR team supports professional development; strong emphasis on DEI

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There are not a lot of perks in the office nor quality food or drinks for the employees, so people just work from home and so the office is pretty empty.
