Favor Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I don't know what that is

Well I hope to one day use it

Paid weekly and also have funds available that same day

I can't tell you I didn't know I had one

I don't think we have that

Still working on that soon

Flexible time and you can select your own area to work at.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fairness and transparency in payment.

Review from Customer Support Dept

If I drive 15 minutes to pick up and order, and when I get there, the order has mysteriously already been picked up, I should be compensated for my time and miles. Instead, I got screwed and support said it wasn't favor's "policy" to pay for incomplete orders.

More pay, less runners. Period

Again the payouts are sickening after 10 hrs of driving in the most extreme heat.

Because ive been with them a long time and giving my all for them to screw up simple things as earnings! Plus obviously couldnt keep count of calls being sent to the employee! I'm done!

Review from Customer Support Dept

End this exploitative contracting style of employment. They make their money by paying drivers pennies to do a job well worth more. Customers pay HUGE fees for delivery and we see barely any of it as drivers.

The minimum we get is 8.00 and gas just keeps going up not worth it

Being paid for what I work for , not then making all the money how can I drive 14 mins one way another 12 another and make $4

Enough pay to compensate cost of driving to customer address for those that think tipping is only something a canoe does

Review from Operations Dept

Getting paid the promos that I work for

They are terrible at email back and staying on top of their team.
