"Leadership" are a handful of trainers who could frankly be replaced with an auto response VI for the same effect.
Stop bragging about "success" and do some work. Get runners on payroll and avoid canceled orders because drivers see the disadvantage of the failed "work-for-tips" system

If I drive 15 minutes to pick up and order, and when I get there, the order has mysteriously already been picked up, I should be compensated for my time and miles. Instead, I got screwed and support said it wasn't favor's "policy" to pay for incomplete orders.
More pay, less runners. Period
Again the payouts are sickening after 10 hrs of driving in the most extreme heat.
Because ive been with them a long time and giving my all for them to screw up simple things as earnings! Plus obviously couldnt keep count of calls being sent to the employee! I'm done!

Better investigative process, answering emails.
Orders should be steady. My average favor takes more than an hour to complete either bcuz of the merchant or the customer or both.. then when you have to climb 4 flights of stairs after all that and you get paid 4$ you wanna quit
Ability to resolve issues with anyone but you can't reach support EVER!

No way to check id till after order it's picked up, after several days a response from support via email will indicate one thing but they actually do something diff, are deceptive about pay, the list goes on
