In short, my experience has been crap. I really shouldnt have to be forced to work a position that triggers my mental problems just because nobody wants to cross train anyone. The only 3 people that want something done about it are completely ignored, despite being higher ranking.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promoting people that have spent years earning it instead of underage children with no experience.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I believed all the lies...if a company has to lie to get people to work for them, they aren't a very good company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If they would actually interact with me instead of treating me like a freak, things would go smoother. I dont ask for a lot. I just want to fit in.
