Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don’t get any kind of benefits. No healthcare. No vacation time or pay for managers. It’s one of the worst places I’ve worked.

If they would actually interact with me instead of treating me like a freak, things would go smoother. I dont ask for a lot. I just want to fit in.
